Golden sunset in the glass, there's plenty of complexity ready to dive into right here. Quite rich and generous, toasted nuts, honey aromas, white fleshed peach and lemon rind surge on opening. A little waxy and flinty, vanilla cream and marscapone add savoury appeal as does fennel and almond meal. Finishing chalky with citrus zest, it's a wonderful wine now and I'd love to see how it evolves in bottle over the next decade+
