A weighty Rosé that needs some protein beside it.
It's a step to the side from those crisp and refreshing Rosé styles which are prominent on the shelves at present. Scents of black berries and black currants carry through to the mouth. Some watermelon and stewed rhubarb add to a rich and seemingly weighty mouthfeel. Sunday barbecues perhaps?
