Barrel fermented using 11% new oak, this saw 11 months in barrel. A terrific balance between white fleshed nectarines and peaches and a fine line of mouthwatering acidity make this a splendid choice. Touches of caramel and quince dance along with a delicate and supple texture. Brilliant.
