One for Chardonnay purists to recline with and embrace.
Only 3000 bottles were produced of this wine which has a calming presence about it. Concentrated yellow stone fruit hone in on the mid-palate. There's some texture to engage with but it's the layers of interest which keep you enthused. Think vanilla cream, raw cashews, a hint of dried pineapple and nougat. A sustained long finish is one to savour.
Drink now to eight years.
