A pretty straight forward Central Otago Pinot Noir. A villages style blend from a number of parcels in the district.
In all, it's a pleasant drink without setting tongues wagging. Red berries and red cherries plus some dark plums all step forward. Fine spices and an easy delivery make this a no nonsense type. A little more personality would help, though, as everything just seems a bit monotone.
Drink to five years.
