Prosecco has that crowd pleasing appeal and you can see that with this release.
It's all green apples, white flowers and a fine dusting of spice to close, but there's a firm acidity which takes the gloss off things for mine. It's the type of acid that just sticks to your teeth. Perhaps it may not be as noticeable with food? Perhaps some may not notice it at all? I'd prefer others though.
