Slow Grown Shiraz made to slip slow. And damn, this slides down all too easily.
Yet to be released, this is dense and rich - classic Barossa Shiraz.
But despite its seemingly broad appearance, there is a softer side. Melted chocolate feels, toasty oak, baking spices, and it goes without saying, dark plums.
Over a few days of tasting it found its groove - beautiful drinking. Still young for now, it will certainly improve with more time in bottle. Decant before drinking now or hold off until 2022+. This will age well beyond a decade.
