Winemaker Jean Francois calls this Cabernet Merlot blend Mr Winter. Take a sip and it's easy to see why. It's a wine with a comforting embrace. From vines planted in the early 1990s, this is a great blend.
Give it a few swirls and it opens nicely. Blackcurrants and tomato, it's leafy with shards of dark chocolate reaching for your favour. Earthy, there is no disputing the large frame this 60/40 blend carries. Drink by the fire pit.
