Made from Tempranillo, it opens with the scent of boiled lollies and red frogs but that has no impact on the flavour profile. Generous helpings of rhubarb and cranberries keep rolling through before dried herbs and a delightful lick of creaminess roll through. With a red apple crunch and a savoury close, it is quite moreish. Well made, this is smart gear.
