2021 was also a wet and cold year in Mudgee but this Chardonnay bounds along with greater energy and presence than its 2022 sibling.
Clean and fresh, soft lemons, green apples and some cinnamon spice muse. Easy going, much like its maker, there is a little cashew chew. Fermented in stainless steel with some French oak staves, the soft oak and faint lick of honey add to its appeal.
Drink to three years.
