As with previous releases, there is an onion skin appearance. Waves of pie apple and pear cider greet you. There is a tonic like texture with scents of white flowers adding an engaging perfume. Soft white pepper and fine spices roll out on a respectable finish. There is certainly plenty of lunch time drinking appeal here.
