Ribbons of spice stretch through the mouth. Dark berries and plums get deep with dark chocolate flirtaciously flanking the edges. The longer it sits in the glass the more I see chocolate brownie and aromas of strawberries start to rise up. The savoury drive and acidity of the Sangiovese cuts in on close making quite the exit - well played. Smart stuff.
