This GEN Shiraz is part of Yalumba's organic range. Sourced from the Riverland, it shows a little density and weight.
Dried herbs, plums, licorice and blackberries are the drivers. Sprinkled with black pepper, an earthy surge sits at the core. Long and drying, puckering tannins come in the shape of cocoa and brick dust. It's a solid Shiraz that is well priced.
