Sourced from the Adelaide Hills, this Jericho Fiano kicks off in a spritely manner but a tinge of greenness pulls this back from where it could be.
Aromas of pineapple sage launch with pears and white fleshed nectarines filling out the palate. A little cashew nuttiness is the result of some time on lees and a delicate ginger spice is a neat shining light on close. But lurking in the background is a greeny tinge distracts from the good work done prior. It's leafy and grassy with a little of that passionfruit vine that seeps through some Sauv Blancs. Fiano is a very competitive space now and there are others I'd prefer at this price point
