Sourced from Tumbarumba in NSW, this charismatic Chardonnay speaks of the cool vibes and chilled swagger of its maker Sam Coverdale.
Lemon juice and white fleshed stonefruit reign supreme with a lemon sherbet tang knocking everything into place. Some almonds, cashews, a fine vanilla oak detail and a harmonious ginger spice build length and interest with a subtle ribbon of minerality. It's not a showy wine nor is it seriously complex yet it carries itself with great pride. In all, it's a fabulous wine to share and it calls for weekend chills and then some. Great stuff.
