The creamy texture lights things up. A canape go-to, scents of red currants, red apple, rhubarb and the white bit of the strawberry all flow neatly to the flavour profile. Add a gentle flicker of blood orange, blackcurrant and dark cherry and you have yourself a very tidy drink. Drying on close, I'd have no problems draining a glass in quick time.
