This is ace from Mount Majura. I love its dusty, earthy and drying persona. Tempranillo is made for food and this will swallow accompanying dishes whole. Delicious!
There is plenty of depth to sink you teeth into. Dark plums, plums skins, red berries, cola, beef stock and pan juices peel off veneers of interest with ease leaving a flicker of dried herbs to mop up the tail. The tannins are almost powdery and are dusted throughout delivery a moreishness. Some Tempranillos just come and go but this certainly ensures you sit up a little taller and lean in that fraction more. Bravo.
