Mount Majura Ansonica 2025

Bright and fresh with a crunchy acidity, this debut release of the Mount Majura Ansonica makes all the right moves.

Today's sneaky fact: Ansonica is known by two names, the other being Inzolia.

Pears, cut apple and white-fleshed peach build an enticing fruit profile. There is something akin to water crackers through the mid-palate with a fine, green tea phenolic grip. It feels a little slippery late as a veil of white pepper spice threads its way through. A fine debut, although the young vines do shine through. It's a wine to keep on your radar in the years to come.
