I really enjoyed the 2024 release and I'm pleased to report that this Lambrook 'Spark' Sparkling Pinot Noir steps things up another notch.
For a little something different, this won't disappoint your guests as you splash it around joyously. Pretty pink in the glass, be seduced by attractive aromas of strawberries and cream. Crushed pink petals also add a delightful perfume. Blackberries, dark cherries and red apples flow about with ease. Tonic feels build an attractive complexity not to mention the great acidity that cleanses the palate. Crisp and moreish, you'd be a hard marker not to ask for a repour. What a beauty!
