Big and generous, this Cabernet Shiraz (50/50) throws out cloves, nutmeg and cedar on an inviting introduction. Dark chocolate wraps itself around dark and red berry fruit offering some Cherry Ripe appeal. Give it some time to open up and you'll be treated to a rounded presence with a shimmer of earthiness tucking in behind. Long with drying, chewy tannins, time will be on its side too. It's very nicely done.
