Sourced from three vineyards across the Barossa, it sees new and used French and American oak for 20-24 months. The 'Two Percent' comes from the addition of 2% Shiraz Moscatel.
If you like them big, this is your weapon. It opens up beautifully over a couple of days demonstrating that aging will be in its favour.
Awash with blackberries, dark plums, Old Gold rum 'n' raisin dark chocolate and sweet cedary oak, it moves and sways with ease throughout the mouth with a thick coating of generosity. Possessing a fabulous drive and length, ripples of spice wrap themselves around what appears to be a seemingly never-ending finish. Great stuff!
