Feed this Amour Wines Shiraz to me via a drip. So juicy. So delicious. Can I leave the review at that? For a wine that already has five years under its belt, it's so fresh and youthful.
Grown at 860 metres above, it saw French oak for 24 months (25% new).
Mulberries and boysenberries run riot. Give me the lot! Bright cherries and a red apple crunch only heighten the experience. Time in the glass sess cloves, dark chocolate and fennel muse with a flash of mintiness shooting through. The palate builds momentum with blackberries rising up all the while working in unison with well-handled oak. It's a super delicious cool climate Shiraz.
