Plummy and earthy, baked blueberries are woven throughout. A tidy expression of the variety without the bells and whistles, it possesses some warming spices and acid crunch. The flow and presence are in the zone and make you edge forward that little bit more. That acid brings the mouth to water and fine tannins linger long with a spice tickle. A big thumbs up for this super food friendly splash of red.
