Oxford Landing One to One Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

For 20 bucks, this is good gear. Part of a regenerative initiative, this Oxford Landing One to One Cabernet Sauvignon does the job very well.

Through a partnership with Greenfleet, every six bottles of One to One enjoyed will see another square metre of bushland planted in the ‘One to One Bushland’. The ‘One to One Bushland’ is located in the On Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria, where Greenfleet is restoring the native ecosystem at Ngulambarra, meaning “meeting place” in Djaara language. This project is playing an important role in restoring endangered temperate woodlands and enhancing biodiversity, while also supporting the values of Traditional Owners.

From the Riverland, this is very Cabernet. A wine with a respectable presence and good flow, black fruits and berries are well supported by dark chocolate, moccha and dried. What does impress is the depth of flavour too. Good buying and a worthy go-to at this price point, this is the best wine in the One to One range.
