Already with five years under its belt, black fruits are king yet are ably supported by cedar, cloves, dark chocolate, Christmas cake, licorice, wallet leather, church pew and sautéed mushrooms. There is no shortage of interest but the rounded feels certainly add to its flow and shape. Baking spices reach long adding detail to a wine bristling with length and composure.
