A classic that continues to deliver. These much-revered yellow labels from Redman Wines have stood the test of time and are a must for your cellar. This Cabernet release presents excellent drinking and great value.
Wonderfully weighted, the fruit and savoury elements are balanced beautifully. Dense black fruits and berries sit at the core with chocolate brownie, licorice, Bay leaf, dried sage and thyme along with ever so fine spices. The oak demonstrates its support without seeking the limelight as dusty cocoa powder tannins consume the finish building a fabulous moreish appeal. Drinking proudly now but this will age gracefully, as is the Redman way. Bravo!
