The palate is bone dry, laced with flavours of white cherries, the crisp white bit of the watermelon, rhubarb and a flicker of red currant. There’s a lovely ripple of creaminess weaving through the core, adding shape without stealing freshness. Red apple skin grips gently as the finish unfurls, dusted with the faintest lacy spice. Green tea like tannins give just enough chew to keep things interesting, wrapping up what is a finely textured, beautifully balanced rosé that nails both finesse and refreshment. It's very well done.
