An inviting Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris, this Lambrook release is etched with a neat textural presence that enhances its complexity.
All the usual suspects come out to play - poached pears, apple puree, white-fleshed nectarines, even a little custard apple, along with the shimmer of fine cinnamon spices. It offers as much width as it does length, ensuring there is plenty to muse over. That texture is brushed through and lingers with well-pitched acidity knocking it into shape. Autumn lunches are right in its eye line.
