Maude Mohawk Hill Pinot Noir 2017

A plush palate with black fruits cutting loose.

Big tannins play a key role in this Pinot. Black berries, black cherries and black plums make an immediate impact. Some mulberries slide in as do savoury herbs, kicks of earth and cloves late. Firmish to taste, there's plenty of earthy drive and persistence - delicious. I keep getting lured back by the pretty aromas.
