Mid-week bliss on a platter, this is such an easygoing and uncomplicated slurp. This Barossa GSM is that bottle of red wine you can turn to if you seek a good drink without too much complexity. Not too heavy and not too light, it's smack bang in the safety zone.
Much of the fruit for this blend is sourced from the valley floor. The result is a soft, approachable and easy-drinking wine. Raspberries and strawberries are littered throughout with a juicy delivery. Soft spices are fanned and etched on the edges. Some meatiness tries to creep through leaving a lick savoury pleasure on close. It will even take a slight chill in the warmer months. Good stuff.
