Gloriously golden in the glass, the beauty of age radiates through this museum release Riesling, yet there is a beguiling freshness about its carry.
A flavoursome ball of deliciousness, it's wonderfully soft with terrific shape. The acidity has softened yet the citrus fruit is still the beating heart. Lime zest and lemon curd are the drivers with some bottle aged traits of kerosene and lanolin adding detail. The flicker of honey lurks in the background with pretty scents of citrus flowers. The persistent citrus tang screams of its class, and despite already having ten years under its belt, there are many years of joy ahead.
