These "drink now" Nebbiolos are just fabulous to kick back with. Sure, the real deal with a bootleg of age is epic gear, but the insight these provide as a result of astute winemaking fills my bucket.
The powdery feels of this Nepenthe Pinnacle hits the mark deluxe. Bright in the glass, dark cherries, blood orange, licorice and earthy highlights muse with ease. Some dark chocolate and dried leaves add interest to some wallet leather and tomato paste, but I'm here for that super fine dusting of powder. Just beautiful. Decant to enjoy now or hold. You choose.
