Expressive and layered with all things Cabernet. Be consumed by blackberries and cassis, Bay leaf and thyme, leather, black olives and cigar box. Cedar plays its part early and then calms to fuse with dark chocolate and fine spices that reach long on a savoury finish. Readily available, it is a thoroughly enjoyable wine that is well worth checking out and proof that you don't need to drop a bomb to drink well.
