This 2025 release is a little darker in the glass than the previous with more of an onion skin and copper shade to capture the eye. Partial skin contact and barrel fermentation deliver the interest. That creamy drive is unmissable with a feathering of cinnamon and ginger-like spices hitching a ride. The white bit of the watermelon, white fleshed stonefruit and spiced poached pears fly the flag coating the mouth with ease. A terrific barbecue wine to wash down your snag or burger.
