Silky and incredibly moreish, you won't lose with this Grenache in your glass.
From a vineyard planted in 1941, it was wild yeast fermented with 12% whole bunches and aged in seasoned French oak for twelve months. Not filtered or fined as Jason Schwarz loves best.
Wonderfully aromatic, it sprints from the glass with scents of baked red cherries, rhubarb and crushed red petals. Blueberries and blackberries add further interest and detail as fine spices are seemingly handplaced with precision framing the palate. The length is magic as it delivers a fabulous moreishness. Not to be outdone, a flash of red apple makes a late charge. A great drink, well played.
