Aromas of red flowers and a crushed red petal lift get you in the mood. Firm through the mid palate, Morello cherries and plums go about their work. Some dark chocolate and a dusting of earthiness chime in, but the clincher is that crunchy acidity as only Sangiovese knows how. A great get, well played.
