Somos Barbera Rosé 2018

Barbera Rosé. Until now, I can't say I've had one.

Hand picked and barrel fermented on full solids. White cherry, mandarin peel and red currants. Textural feels through the mid-palate are coupled with fine spices. A drying finish. I like it.

Drink now.
