These Anarchy Wines are smart. The Rosé really hit the mark and this Grenache isn't far behind. Quality wines from a small producer worth keeping an eye out for.
The duo behind the brand come from a film and television background and they also love their music. Each wine is paired to a suggested music theme. 90s Hip Hop is the go-to for this Grenache and I'm all in for some LL Cool J and these Grenache vibes.
A wine with some density, it has a red petal and red fruit lift. Scents of red raspberries kick in too. Some chocolate tart is not far from the action with a dried dark cherry and slight charcuterie presence. Black tea like tannins coat the palate on exit leaving a long and finely spiced trail to peruse. A more than handy wine, this is well played.
Drink to five years.
