Bountiful dark and red cherries, a little strawberry and rhubarb, they seem so effortless in their delivery. Some pan juices add interest but it steps and swerves with absolute ease. Delicately spiced but not as much as the current Willowlake vintage, it seizes up on the mid-palate leaving a powdery tannin in its wake. The class is telling and I just want more. Brilliant!
