From one of Yalumba's best vineyards, this Paradox Shiraz is a brooding wine that glides through with ease.
Wonderfully balanced, there is some richness laced with delicate savoury deliciousness. Boysenberry and baked raspberries add pretty factor to the dense plums. Some prettiness also comes in the form of blue and purple florals. The oak plays its part but has been handled very well. Baking spices and puffs of dust lay firmly on a long and seemingly never-ending finish. Dark chocolate ganache and cedar have the last word. A wine of supreme quality that is an excellent option for those seeking a great drink now or one to tuck away for a while.
