Of the two Sunlight wines, I prefer this Shiraz. Much like its sibling, it is quite light on the flavour, but there is more to speak of here.
Smokey plus some char, it's all red plums and red cherries. A suggestion of rhubarb plus a dusting of spice, it slides down with ease. With only 4.7 standard drinks in the bottle, it's a wine that certainly holds its own and is a reliable option (7% alc). Nicely done.
