Bam! Riesling with a little age and the taste buds explode. Let it sit for a while and don't serve it too cold before watching it emerge gracefully. An excellent wine from Pewsey Vale celebrating 175 years.
Toast, key lime pie, Bickfords lime cordial and a little lime pith. Wonderfully moreish, the acidity holds court and knocks all into shape. A lemony sherbet tang cuts in with a minerally drive keeping the tempo. This is excellent drinking now, but hold for a number of years and witness a beauty emerge - just like the 2012.
