In the words of LL Cool J, "Paradise is very nice." This is everything Pinot Noir should be. Delicate, lacy and precise, the pleasure factor is supreme.
It's not hard to adore what is in the glass. Everything about its shape and movement oozes class.
Strawberries and red currants are softly spiced. Blood orange, earthy and leafy things add layers of savoury bliss. Some cedar and a flash of caramel cream raise their head ever so briefly too. The width and length complete a package that is etched with brilliance. Take a sip and you'll immediately acknowledge the privilege it is to sit beside such a wine. It's worth every cent if you ask me.
Drink to eight years.
