Gundog Estate Indomitus Albus 2022

Something a little different - Hunter Semillon meets Canberra Riesling. Bang! The first whiff slices through you. A smart wine this.

Straight up you get parsley, chives, green capsicum and gooseberry. It comes across leafy and green. Tight, the acid has some muscle and puffs its chest out. The longer it sits the more it calms and the Riesling starts to show its hand. Lemon sherbet and lemon juice along with a minerally undertow make their presence felt. The soft handling is evident and encourages you back time and again. Nicely done.

Drink to eight years.
