Some sweetness shows early before drying out on close. Clean and crisp, it glides through with sweet Granny Smith apple leading the charge. Green apple skin, lemon sherbet, and even some musk sticks add to the pleasure. The well handled acidity seals the deal and makes quite a statement. It's a wine that will take some aging for the medium term but I reckon you take it to tackle some Thai or Malaysian now and you'll be on the money.
