Half dry but 100% supreme awesomeness. I could have more than my fair share of this wonderful wine. Time and again it smashes it and the 2022 release is no different.
The balance of fruit, acid and residual sugar is the critical factor and winemaker Jacob Stein nails it once more. It's delicate yet it sizzles.
Kaffir lime and Bickfords lime cordial, the minerally drive is highlighted by river stones. A fine textural presence lurks as the balanced sweetness taps away. Lemon sherbet and lick of lemon meringue perch themselves in the background. A first-class ride through the residual sugar wonderland, this is a superb wine.
