John Mellencamp has the Cherry Bomb but Robert Stein has the citrus bomb. This Riesling is a belter.
Dry as the name suggests, lime juice and lime zest thread their way through. A minerally drive and some texture up the enjoyment factor. Some lavender mouth perfume is a neat touch with a little green apple crunch. The crisp acidity is electric and lively. Oysters please. The big plump ones thank you.
