An easy-drinking, medium bodied Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills.
Baked strawberries, dark cherries red plums and red apples are the main players. Tilled earth shows its Pinot roots with some warm spices and black pepper that shimmer through the midpalate. There is some weight about its carry. All up, it's a respectable drink.
