A Barossa Cabernet with lots of green capsicum, leafy things and dried herbs skipping out to greet you.
Blackcurrant and cassis work their way forward. It seems a little hit and miss early but it comes good with time in the glass. A little flicker of dark chocolate late. It goes okay.
Drink to five years.
