Gorgeous. It's got some depth yet it glides with absolute ease. Its class seeps from every pore. An excellent Yarra Valley Pinot Noir from Seville Estate.
Some tension and generosity work hand in hand. Even after a couple of days of tasting it shows superior form that will whisk it away for the long term. Dark cherries, red plums and some dark fruit, blood orange, rubs of earth and twiggy things. Very much an autumnal wine, it has those cool sunset feels. Woodsy spices, a little charcuterie and a touch of mushroom compost add further detail. Long and incredibly moreish with a seemingly forever super fine spice, yes, this is another excellent release from Seville Estate.
